Capable of constant-velocity loading and displacement testing, this machine is simple to operate and ideal for quality control in production lines, suitable for testing non-metallic and metallic materials with loads less than 2 tons.
Features include photoelectric encoder for displacement measurement, embedded single-chip microcomputer controller with multifunction software for measurement, control, calculation and storage. Automatically calculates stress, elongation rate (with extensometers), tensile strength, elastic modulus, and statistical results. Computer displays dynamic curves during testing with post-test data analysis and report generation capabilities.
